Rubber Hex Dumbbells That Actually Last

Rubber Coated Hex Heads

Each dumbbell has a rubber coating over a solid cast iron core. Six flat sides mean the dumbbell stays put when you set it down, so it won't roll during renegade rows or push-up variations. The rubber also helps protect your floor and keeps the noise down.

Knurled Chrome Handle

The knurled chrome handle runs 130mm wide and gives a secure grip whether your hands are dry or sweaty.

Which Five Weights Should I Pick?

Think about the lightest weight you'd use for shoulder raises and the heaviest you'd use for goblet squats or rows, and pick the combination that sits between the two.

• New to weights or getting back into it: 2.5 + 5 + 7.5 + 10 + 12.5kg. This is the combination our customers order most on this page, usually with the rack.
• Some training experience: 5 + 7.5 + 10 + 12.5 + 15kg or 7.5 + 10 + 12.5 + 15 + 17.5kg give you heavier pairs for rows, lunges and presses.
• Want a wide spread from one set: 5 + 10 + 15 + 20 + 25kg or 10 + 15 + 20 + 25 + 30kg, in 5kg steps.
• Already lifting regularly: the heavier 2.5kg-step sets, from 10–20kg up to 20–30kg.

The 5-Tier Rack

The rack is welded steel with a wide base, and holds all five pairs on angled tiers so you can read each weight at a glance and pick it up without bending down to the floor. At 31 x 36 x 68 cm it fits in a garage corner, a spare bedroom or beside a bench.

Add the Adjustable Foldable Bench from the Bench menu above for pressing, rows and seated work. It folds away when you're done.
