Cancellation Policy

At Home gym Deals, we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel your purchase and how refunds are handled.

Transaction Charges

When cancelling an order, certain non-refundable processing fees will be deducted from your refund. These reflect the direct charges imposed by our payment service providers:

Debit/Credit Card: 2% + £0.20
PayPal: 3% + £0.30
Klarna: 5.99% + £0.30
Clearpay: 7.2% + £0.30

Orders Already Dispatched

If your order has been dispatched prior to cancellation:

You may refuse delivery when the courier attempts delivery.
Please note: delivery charges are non-refundable once an item has left our warehouse.

Restocking Costs

For goods returned after dispatch, a 5% restocking fee will be applied to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging.

Shipping Discounts & Promotions

Our delivery rates are set based on actual courier charges. Where a shipping promotion or discount code has been applied, that reduction will not be taken into account when calculating the refundable amount. This ensures our costs for the original dispatch are fairly covered.

Important Notes

Please check your order status before submitting a cancellation request.
If your item has not yet been shipped, cancellation will usually be processed without additional delivery or restocking charges (only payment processor fees apply).
