Adjustable Dumbbells 20kg & 50kg For Home Gym

Quick-dial adjustable dumbbells, sold as a pair. Turn the dial to pick your weight and train. No loose plates, no rack of fixed dumbbells taking over the room.

There are nine pair options on this page, from a 20kg pair up to a 50kg pair. Each one has its own weight step (the "increment"), and you can add a storage rack and a foldable bench to any of them.

Which Option Should I Choose?

The two things to decide are how heavy you need to go and how big a jump you want between settings.

• 1kg increments (20kg, 24kg, 32kg and 36kg pairs): the smallest steps. Best for shoulder raises, curls and triceps work, where a 4kg jump is often too much to manage with good form.
• 2kg increments (24kg and 50kg pairs): a good middle ground. The 50kg pair is our most-ordered option on this page and suits lifters who already press and row heavy.
• 2.5kg increments (40kg pair): steps that match standard plate jumps, if that's how you're used to tracking your lifts.
• 4kg and 4.5kg increments (24kg and 45kg pairs): fewer, bigger steps, which keeps the cost down. Fine for squats, deadlifts, rows and presses, where bigger jumps are easier to absorb.

Not sure which step size suits you? Our guide to adjustable dumbbell increments (1kg vs 2kg vs 4kg) walks through it with examples, and how to choose adjustable dumbbells covers the rest. If you'd like the exact weight settings for an option before you order, contact us and we'll confirm them.

Delivery Cost, Before You Get to Checkout

Delivery is charged by weight. These are the current England & Wales charges for the dumbbell pair, with or without the rack (adding the rack does not change the delivery charge):

If you add the foldable bench, or you're ordering to Scotland, Northern Ireland or a BFPO address, the delivery charge is calculated at checkout. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day, and delivery typically takes 1–4 days.

Rack and Bench Add-Ons

With Rack adds a storage stand for both dumbbells, so they're kept off the floor between sets and after your session. It's worth having once you're working with the heavier pairs.

With Foldable Bench adds our Adjustable Foldable Bench for flat and incline pressing, and it folds away when you're done.
