As a pair. Both the 24kg and 40kg options are pairs.

Is the 40kg pair available?

Not at the moment. It's out of stock, so the 40kg options above can't be selected. The 40kg pair with 2.5kg steps on our 20kg–50kg listing is in stock.

How do I change the weight?

Turn the dial to the weight you want and the quick-dial selector locks it in place. For the exact settings on each option, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm them.

Do I need a bench?

No. Curls, rows, lunges, squats and overhead presses all work standing. A bench adds pressing and seated work, which is why it is offered as an option.
