One kettlebell that adjusts up to 18kg, with seven weight settings, so you can swing, squat and press at different weights without a row of bells on the floor. Buy it on its own, as a pair, or with our foldable bench.
If you train in a spare room or a corner of the living room, this is the main reason to choose it: one bell's worth of floor space instead of four or five.
What You're Choosing
-
Single kettlebell: £89.99. One adjustable bell, up to 18kg.
-
Pair: £174.99. Two adjustable bells, for double-kettlebell work such as front squats, presses and farmer's carries.
-
With foldable bench: add the bench to either option (single + bench £149.99). The pair + bench option is currently out of stock.
Size: about 27cm tall and 20cm wide, with a 23.5cm handle.
Adjustable or Fixed Kettlebells?
An adjustable bell isn't automatically the better buy, so here's an honest comparison using our own prices:
-
If you only need two or three weights, fixed cast iron bells cost about the same. For example, 8kg + 12kg + 16kg cast iron kettlebells come to £90.97, against £89.99 for this one. Fixed bells are also simpler, with nothing to adjust between sets.
-
If you want lots of steps up to 18kg in a small space, the adjustable bell makes more sense: seven settings in one footprint, and one item to put away.
-
If you already swing more than 18kg, this won't be heavy enough for you. Go for a fixed bell from 20kg upwards.
Is 18kg Enough?
For most people starting out, yes. Two-handed swings and goblet squats need a heavier bell than one-arm presses or Turkish get-ups, which is exactly the gap an adjustable bell covers: a lighter setting for presses, a heavier one for swings. Stronger lifters usually outgrow 18kg on swings and deadlifts first.
