At Home Gym Deals UK, we are committed to offering reliable, high-quality fitness equipment. We understand that on occasion, you may wish to return an item. This policy explains your rights and our procedures.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items Excluded from Return

The following cannot be returned:

  • Gift vouchers or digital gift cards

  • Bespoke or customised products

  • Items sold as “final sale” or marked clearance

Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return postage charges unless the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

  • We recommend using a tracked courier service for your protection, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive items sent without tracking.

EU/UK Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the UK and EU have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • If you exercise this right, you will be refunded in full, including the original standard delivery cost.

  • Return shipping fees remain your responsibility unless the product is defective or not as described.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 working days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where legally required (for example, in the case of cancellation under the 14-day cooling-off period).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged on arrival. For exchanges, please contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If your item arrives damaged or with a fault, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs and your order reference number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
